I like the tiling behind the sink in the kitchen. It has a clean look, but more importantly, it is a built in splash guard.

So are all units the same wood choice and same colors? looks very apartment like. I guess a lot of people will do the customizing later. Here at the Metropolitan we had some nice choices to make during the construction.

Odd floor units have light wood, even unit have dark wood. You can see the dark wood in a previous post with pictures from a 28th floor unit.

Am I missing something here? Looking at all the floorplans for the 1BRs they all look like studios to me. None of them have a door, they all have a partial wall. There are only doors for the 2 BRs.

I don't know. I think it's hard with the design of the Solaire. As it is those top floor units seemed to overwhelmed by the lighting. Do you think that's going to make it's way into the units? And forget about going out onto the balcony at night.......

I heard (from the sales office) that no closings have taken place.

from what i heard they had afew closings and then they decided they were'nt ready for people to move in and stopped the closings....but i believe one of the closings went back out for resale....i found the link below for a resale.

i called to find out....they said the link i sent was the only one that was closed on and you can move in immediately to that unit.
