It's good to see work going on to revitalize a downtown, they're so much more interesting than burbs. I like the King Cotton Hotel, I couldn't figure out if it is open now or not.

Thanks tocoto, Unfortunately the King Cotton was demolished around 1971 to make way for the News and Record Building. Tearing a building down like that today would be like tearing down the Jefferson Standard Building. I hate so much that it was torn down but they can rebuild.
