It certainly sounds like the one with new permit could be it though. Is that building suitable for use as a hotel in your opinion??

That one's too small.

OK then - I'm not familiar enough to guess which building it could be then. I also wasn't aware that there was a large enough building that isn't being used right now. I hope no one is moving out of PVD. Maybe this certain company will build new and turn thier 'old' place into a hotel then.

I'll have to wait and see I suppose.
