It's a huge building, but pretty urban and good scale.

The more apartments In center city, the better. Do you guys prefer these projects in Steele Creek & University, Providence or NorthLake?

The worse traffic, hopefully people will see more of a need for investment in mass transit.

There's a "Zoning Decision" sign on the Reynolds Site (between the two office building parking garages off Barclay Downs/Piedmont). Does anyone know what the decision was? I called the city but have not heard back.

He probably should have gone to jail, it was never clear to me if his creditors (contractors, designers, etc) were ever paid in full even with some of his assets being liquefied. In any event, I can't imagine anyone in their right minds would do any work for him short of being handed full cash payment up front.

No, these signs are new. Just put out within the last couple of weeks. Can't find anything about a zoning petition on the County website either.
