Did a new development get approved recently? A large portion of land is being cleared just next to the Buena Vista Woods Subdivision across from the Turtle Creek subdivision. I know for a while there was a community meeting trying to fight rezoning to allow shopping and timeshares.

Yep. Looks like a subdivision filled with homes based on the permit application.
