PROPOSED: Middletown riverfront apartment

a large apartment was proposed on riverside drive in Middletown. its dependent on that cities plans to close its sewage treatment plant as well as some zoning changes, but it is clearly supported by the city as a way to breath life into its S riverfront.

apparently the goal is to develop this area pretty densely.

its a 36 million project including 175 "high end" apartments.

This sounds like a positive addition, and addition by subtraction as well. It's definitely a schlepp from downtown. I'd like to see renders.
