Shore Capital Partners will be a tenant of the new Broadwest Office Tower, taking up 10,000 sq. ft. on the19th floor.  Buildout should be complete by 2nd quarter of 2022.  15 employees will move from their current office further west on West End Ave.

I agree.  A lot of blue ribbon tenants.  Should bode well for the Reed site and Beaman if they ever get going.  West End is becoming a mega-site.

I can almost guarantee they will be marketing materials, because that is the whole point of making renderings.

Personally, I would say the skyline in those views are to indicate that they have skyline views and that alone. They put elements that are a bit more recognizable for people who don't know the city so that they can emphasize a skyline view. I put this in the same category as the architects for Tony G leaving complete buildings out of renderings to highlight the building design.

Cumberland Pharmaceuticals is moving their HQ of 90 employees to the Broadwest office tower to take up an undisclosed amount of square footage in the summer of 2022.  They are currently located a few blocks away at 2525 West End Ave.

Capgemini, a multinational IT consulting conglomerate based in Paris, is bringing up to 1000 jobs, with a minimum of 500, to Broadwest.

I have zero inside information on what kinds of IT jobs are part of this, but interestingly, in June 2021 Capgemini launched Future4Care, a European start-up focused on digital healthcare.  Nashville=healthcare.

I know a bit about this firm as I've worked with one of their competitors. These new jobs are among the highest level type of IT jobs, related to integration to business processes. They're not the unfairly maligned coding jobs that too many people think anyone can do. They will require college degrees and they'll rely on a lot of travel. As a conservative estimate, with half of their force in Nashville "flying out" to client sites twice a week, that'd be close to 50,000 more passengers (X2 for the return) at BNA per year.
