Based on some of the other stuff on KVB these days, that parcel will end up being a 30 story stucco-clad tower made up of 25 stories of parking garage with 5 floors of short term rental apartments on top. Or alternatively an octo-branded hotel made up of a Hilton, a Hampton Inn, a Hilton Garden Inn, a Conrad, a Canopy by Hilton, a Home2Suites, a Homewood Suites, and a Tru by Hilton.

That’s pretty usual. The first two floors are likely lobby floors with the third floor beginning the more typical shorter floor to floor heights.

That makes sense now, thanks a lot. Though, I wonder why the floor plates for the 5th+Broadway office tower seems taller than this one.

This view from the Beaman property shows how the feel of Broadway will be changed by the incredible Broadwest project.  But if you have ever been there at 5 p.m. on a weekday you will wonder what will happen when the additional traffic arrives.

The elevator shaft of the condo/hotel tower is visible from West End Ave when headed toward downtown. Excited to see that one rise above street level as well!

5th floor nearly complete on Office Tower (21 stories,  510,000 sq. ft.).  Up to 5th level of underground garage beneath the hotel/condo tower (34 stories, 245 rooms, 220 condos), and elevator shaft now 1 story above street level at west side. Footings being placed for underground garage beneath the retail building along Hayes St. on north side.
