I really love this project. I will say I am a bit disappointed that both 16th and 17th are closed both ways (including sidewalks from what I could tell). I get that it's a big project but the city still needs to be able to function during construction. Just my two cents.

I was driving east on Broadway and stopped at the light at the West End intersection. I was floored by the amount of massing this brings to that intersection. The car lots are going to be dwarfed soon!

In fact, I think it would be fantastic if they have a bar in the Conrad Hilton called the Lake Palmer Yacht Club. Would be a fantastic inside joke for locals.
