This is a great project and we continue to beat to frigging death posts about Lake Palmer   Please can we move on.

I think it's only fair to besmirch the name of Alex Palmer (founder of Lake Palmer) for an equal amount of years as he strung WES out. I'd say we have at least another 10 years left using back of the hand math.

Most of Nashville's elevator/stair cores are made masonry or concrete. You can create the core out of shaft wall (layers of drywall). That may be happening here. Just a guess.

I believe @Baronakim actually was talking about this recently. Even though concrete or masonry is very common, it is quite economic to utilize shaft wall to attain the required shaft ratings for the cores. depending on the structural design, this is realistic if the core is not relied upon for shear forces. The amount concrete being used on site, it's interesting that they don't have a concrete core.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the residential 406' to the top?

I looked at the drawings from the residential tower's shell permit, and it's 406' to the top of the mechanical screen. It's on the very first page of the pdf linked below.

Awesome pdf, thanks a lot! Do you by any chance have the pdf for the office portion.
