Didn't realize just how much taller the residential would be than the office tower. The office tower looks massive when driving on West End towards downtown. Can't imagine what the residential will do from that same perspective.

Have to have views in order to sell at the price point they want.

I've been wondering why they didn't slide the residential tower north towards Hayes Street and give more residents a view of downtown.  Of course...I guess with the Reed property, none of that would matter anyway.

I figure the office tower is riskier and harder to lease out versus the residential tower, so the office got the better views to downtown.

Residential in that hot corridor is a no-brainer.  Should be in high demand.

Oh man.... wonder what the reflection off the glass will be like in the mornings driving west and the afternoons driving east. As it is, Batman building throws some serious glare, this one will probably do the same.
