Well if it would be a good fit for the CBD, I will speculate it will be tall, hopefully one building, with a crown. The only issue is that the planning department will not approve the added height at that location as everyone seems to be terrified of height. If this is a new tallest I would welcome it , however with the disappointment it is not in the CBD.

The original Palmer proposal was to feature a 400'+ tall office tower. So I wonder if the approvals for that much height are still valid.

In an exclusive interview Wednesday, company principal Chris Brown shared the first substantive details of what Propst Development plans for the site. One tower, which could reach as high as 40 stories, would contain what Brown called an "upper-end" hotel and luxury condos. Brown said he's talked with a few hotel brands but has not cemented a deal at this point.

A second tower on-site would contain at least 500,000 square feet of top-grade Class A office space, a figure that could rise as Brown and colleagues finalize their plans. Depending on that final number, the tower would be among the five largest in the city, potentially eclipsing Bridgestone's new headquarters and the Pinnacle at Symphony Place tower.

The fact that the full site is excavated — a step Palmer took years ago in attempts to portray progress to potential tenants — creates a higher degree of difficulty for Propst Development to piece a project together. That's because the company is unable to build the project in stages. Everything must come out of the ground at once, to get back to street level.
