Mom takes matters into her own hands. You know there was a time when this was acceptable in American society. It was okay for neighbors to punish other parents children when they were out of line. Even when I first started school, teachers could still spank you. Now its getting to the point where parents almost can't spank their own children without it being called child abuse.
