I've loved this design since it was announced.  It's too bad ornamentation still isn't permitted on buildings, because this cries out for some.  But I'm pleased with the way they've used little moldings and whatnot everywhere to create an "almost-ornamented" surface.  I hope I live to see some kind of neo-Beaux Arts resurgence.

Why isn't ornamentation allowed?
