I think they only have a few more months left on the approval to build at 38 floors...so they will hopefully do something before that date passes or will have to go through the approval process again.

Yesterday was the grand opening of the Aertson Kimpton Hotel in Midtown.  I was unable to get into any of the rooms, but did get some shots of the lobby, restaurant, and views from the back parking garage, as well as from an unfinished condo in the section of the Aertson complex attached to the hotel.  It is quite the maze of hallways and various elements of the multi-use development once you are inside. I bet folks will get pretty disoriented in the bowels of the structure. I'm trying to schedule a tour and will post more pics if that happens.
