I have no clue. But it's zoned residential.

Sure have a lot of non-residential sorts of vehicles in the drive. One satellite view shows a semi trailer, and another shows a road show touring bus-sized motor home.

Could be someone's home-based antique vehicle workshop, or where he (logical assumption) works on his race cars in between meets.
