Captain.Metro 25 Report post Posted October 16, 2012 A developer (Skanska) is reaching out to the local community for input of what businesses they would patronize at a mid-rise under construction in Seattle. This wonderful idea is one that could be applied anywhere, especially here in downtown Orlando. If asking local residents what businesses they would want and use in nearby developments, it may very well help with the downtown retail challenge.
