It's called Tyler 21, the name evoking Tyler's overly-grandiose idea that it will guide the city's growth in the 21st century. I have hardly read all the details, but among the highlights are plans to expand greenspace and walking trails, as well as increase population density, revitalise downtown through mixed-use developments, and promote modernization and development of industrial-zoned land and structures.
