Arizona in play even after the election?

The totals for Arizona are:

Romney 930,488 (55%)

Obama 740,940 (45%)

However it has been reported that 602,000 early voting & provisional ballots have not been counted yet! This is important because early voting/provisional ballots have heavily favored Obama all over the country and the majority of these ballots in Arizona are from minorities (Latinos). 400,000 of those ballots for Obama would change the presidential election results for Arizona. It wouldn't change the outcome in the national race because Obama has already won but it would make Romney's loss look worse losing a traditional red state like that. 460,000 of the 602,000 early voting ballots are from Maricopa County, Arizona which is where Phoenix is located. With Romney's position on immigration, Latinos have been coming out in record numbers for Obama. The Latino vote has been huge. In Florida the Latino vote jumped from 10% in 2008 to 16% in the 2012 election.

Maybe the networks called this one too early!
