Another permit, worth $13.5 million, has been granted for the ongoing redesign of Hillsboro H.S. to builder American Constructors.  This is in relation to the athletic facilities. The 28 acre site has had an overall budget of $89 million.

Advance Health Care's 50 bed, 39,550 sq. ft. upscale senior care facility at 629 19th Ave. North has been granted a $3.63 million permit for construction by Solomon Builders. The overall cost will be $30 million.

The facility will be used as a short-term housing option for recently discharged patients needing rehabilitation services. It will feature dining and room service options as well as private suites, beauty salons, whirlpool baths, fireplaces, libraries and a 250-gallon salt water fish tank.

No renderings have been supplied yet.

Sterling at Nashville West will be the name of the14.4 acre development at 7116 Charlotte Pike that will feature 289 units in five 4 story buildings. Southern Building Group is the developer/contractor,  with Smith Gee Studio handling architecture, and Catalyst Design Group in charge of engineering and land planning.  A 2nd quarter of 2022 completion date is planned.

FYI, The Development map is about 98% caught up. That is sort of why we are seeing some images and updates coming. Mark prods me, I work on it , William gets the story, Mark post the story. 

That is sort of the genesis on how things happen on the board as far as some of these projects go. I just have to take time and bury my nose in the details and find this stuff as it is out there, as you just have to know where to look.

This is one Mark put the cattle prod to me as he didnt know anything about it and I just had not updated the map.
