Excited about Solo North if it’s anything like Solo East. Had a couple friends who’ve lived there, and while the location isn’t perfect and the amenities are light, the cost to live there is a significant step lower than most other East Nashville condos, and the HOA prohibits short term rentals. Hope Solo North is a success.

Also, the buildings of the former Watkins College are all gone! :tw_frown:

 

I just wish the original Watkins building on Church Street was still standing!
