I'm a little confused by the placement of 54th Ave N in this plan. Right now, 54th Ave N beyond the tracks is a small path that runs along the perimeter of Silo Bend and then sort of comes up the eastern edge of this property (so the bottom edge). The way the road is drawn here, its trajectory off the bottom of the page would instead link up with the unnamed back road in Silo that currently ends in a glorified cul-de-sac.

I am also interested in what the scope of that greenway would be - are there larger plans for this along the Cumberland river in the Nations?

Agreed on all points, but I’m very happy to see more development head further along centennial. There are tons of light industrial lots that could provide homes not far from downtown in the area.

Thanks, that makes much more sense! So it does link up with that circle. Google has 54th labeled wrong, which is what confused me (probably just out of date):

Also, very excited to see the plans for a greenway along the river (hopefully linking up with the rest of the Cumberland River Greenway in MetroCenter one day?)

I don't often get into criticizing new buildings, but I don't like this. The first floor windows really don't relate to what's going on above them.
