The Sylvan Supply developers (Third & Urban along with FCP) have now purchased the small strip center that fronts Charlotte Ave. at corner of 42nd Ave. North.  The center is currently home to Anotehr Broken Egg Cafe, Green Pea Salon, and Blooma Yoga.

"We viewed it as an opportunity to own the entire block and integrate the corner property into our overall site plan," said Chris Faussemagne, a principal with Third & Urban. "The two properties are going to operate and act as one."

Owning the two properties also allows the developers to improve the main entrance to the development, off of Charlotte Avenue — which will help traffic flow better, Faussemagne said.

The last shot is of Clarendale, 195 unit, 4 story, 50 million dollar  assisted living facility. I went to the movies this weekend and I had to research what is was. So much to that project, it as hard to keep track of all of the parts.

To clarify further, The Clarendale is in the background, foreground is the Ice Center
