Noticeable stuff

1. The City is annexing the site

2. Parking made into the mill

3. Plans for future development of old employee parking lots across the road.

4. All buildings on site used with an artist gallery, pond house, etc.'

5. Looks like the site will be home to 303 units by my count

One question, anyone think the apartments look small with their narrow structure?

Yes, not a fan. There's not a whole lot you can do architecturally with such a wide footprint, but after living in New York City with only one wall of windows (facing another brick wall of back windows), I won't be moving there...

I AM a fan of adaptive re-use, though!

They do look very narrow. Delighted to see this being redeveloped though. This will have a huge impact on the surrounding area.

Its hard for me to rationalize how narrow that is without the dimensions on there. For all we know the narrowest part is 15 ft, though I doubt it.

The dimensions of these don't seem too different from the Lofts of Greenville, which is obviously doing quite well.
