ELK Development has purchased the combined .64 acre plots at 1804-1808 Patterson St. in Midtown for a total of $4.73 million. The guess is they will propose a mixed-use residential project.  Currently there are a couple of 1 & 2 story, non-historical structures on the site.

I've been looking around trying to find some info but having trouble. Anyone know the latest on the North Edgehill site where the Beaman Body shop currently sits? I remember being excited about this one. Has there been any movement?

There are now workers and equipment working to clear/prep this site, a lot of trees have been taken down already and an excavator is working to level out the hills.

1920-1926 Hayes St. now appears to be planned for a mixed-use project. Clear Hayes LLC, which bought the 2/3 acre plot for $11.25 million last Spring, is seeking to rezone the property from commercial to mixed-use when they go before Metro Planning Commission on Nov. 10th.  No word on the size/scope of the proposal they have in mind.  Immediately to the east a 15 story residential project is underway at 1904 Hayes St.
