More fencing up around the western portion of Somera Road's 2.6 acre WeHo project (still undefined). They are continuing to remove/demo the former trailer park on this section of the site.

I don't believe so--looks like they cleaning a lot of vines off of it, and tore out some overgrown bushes that were around it, along with all the trees on the sizable lot.  I think the house is vintage early-1900s.

If memory serves me correctly they were mostly Hackberrys but that is some large tree canopy to lose.

The Sound at 900 18th Ave. South (5 stories, 122,000 sq. ft. office space, on top of existing 4 story parking podium, ground level retail) by Pearlmark Real Estate seems to be officially stalled at this point.  It has been nearly 6 years since the property was purchased for $13.7 million, but no permits have been sought.

I just heard that the 7.5 acre site owned by Dailysis Clinic in Midtown is for sale ,What a prime location and size . This has the potential to really change the area, if it gets the attention of a large group it can become another multi tower development right next to Reed, Beaman, Dairy, and multiple others

Hmm, that would be huge news, however they own the entirety of two blocks. Do you have any particulars on the location of which 7.5 acres because they own everything between 16th & 18th, Hayes & Church. That would amount to everything in those two blocks.

Indeed, Dialysis Clinic, Inc. has put the 7.5 acres at 1633 Church St. up for sale at an undisclosed asking price.

The land bounded by Hayes Street, 18th Avenue North, Church Street and 16th Avenue North, according to marketing materials obtained by the Business Journal. The site currently holds a medical office building at 1633 Church St., as well as a row of older building containing businesses like Canvas nightclub. Much of the land is already zoned for mixed-use development, but other parts would need a rezoning for high-density construction. The site can be purchased in slices or all together.

Here's hoping the 3 story, 22,000 sq. 1920-era office building at 1700 Hayes St. will be incorporated into whatever new plans a developer would have.
