I believe this building is going to be Cross-Laminated TImber (CLT) versus the Nail Laminated TImber (NLT) being used over at the Nashville Warehouse. COuld be wrong, but I recall having a conversation with a timber supplier out of Cookeville and he mentioned supplying CLT to a large development in town.

50 Music Square West will now be a hotel again. Jay Patel and Andy Bhakta will develop a 7 story, 132 room on the former site of the octagon-shaped UA Tower.  There will be underground parking and a pool. The brand is undetermined at this time. Manuel Zeitlin Architects is handling design, Barge Cauthen & Assoc. is in charge of engineering.

This screen shot from Smeagolsfree's excellent development map shows the sight highlighted  in teal at the center of the frame:

StructureCraft (working on Nashville Warehouse as well) is serving as the Structural Engineer of Record as well as the timber supplier on the Pannattoni Development. Their post below talks about the use of the DLT system on the project - not CLT as I had thought previously.

The large lot between Leah Rose Senior Residence and Moxy Hotel Hillsboro Village (south of the intersection of Belcourt Ave. and 19th Ave. South) does appear to be a new surface parking lot...but still not absolutely sure.

Looking NE from the Moxy Hotel Hillsboro Village parking garage:
