Loving the pictures but don't always know what projects are being posted.  I'm guessing that's the first phase of The Finery. 

I also appreciate the captions you guys give describing the various angles/locations where the pics are taken.  For the general topic threads like this one, it'd be very helpful if you guys would also identify the project, especially now that several of the location-specific threads have been combined into broader categories.  Many of the smaller and midsize projects are obscure to me, but I do like getting a sense of where the activity is happening. Thanks.

I mistyped---it is "Blackbird Capital" that is working on this triangular lot.  No firm plans...just rumors of at least 20 stories that will incorporate a version of the big digital sign.

A 5 story, 44 condo unit development will be built on .51 acre by Harold and Owen LLC at 1010-1014 16th Ave. South. One (possibly two) 1920-era homes will be razed in the fall to make way.  Originally the plan had been for a 4 story mixed-use with office/residential.

Where is the street activation?  I'm guessing that Harold and Owen LLC has some connection to the Harold and Owen Bradley families and I'm also guessing that those gentlemen would want their namesake building to interact better with Music Row.

A 2 story medical office building is being planned by Towery Development for the roughly 1 acre lot at 627 19th Ave. North in North Nashville. It will specialize in post-surgery care and rehab work. AHC and Blalock Partners are sharing architectural duties, and Solomon Builders will be the contractor.
