Pretty much everyone, on Southside Ct. will lose their city views, though a development this size was always a huge probability.  They don't really seem to be attempting to "step" the buildings from lower to higher to keep in some scale with the neighbors. I could see that being requested.

Those townhomes are all 3 stories tall. The plan shows that the building will be 3/4 stories tall along Southside Ct, which transitions nicely to the townhomes across the street.

That area's like 2 miles or less from downtown. If Nashville zoning made any sense it would already be full of 6+ story buildings. Upzone Edgehill!

This should be a slam dunk as is! But with the modifications that North Edgehill Commons site had to take, wouldn't surprise me if this one loses a story of height.

Been waiting for this parcel to flip for awhile.  Wish there was a commercial/retail component on the street level, at least on the 12th Avenue side.

The 1.3 acre triangular property at 1302 4th Ave. South in WeHo is being offered for sale at $7 million.  This is directly to the south of the Bento Box development on the other side of the CSX tracks. It is currently a storage lot and is zoned industrial.

Yes, & upzone Wedgewood Houston & Chestnut Hill too. Anything within 2 miles of downtown along 2nd Ave South & 4th Ave South should leverage the existing BRT Lite routes for more transit oriented development (Route 52). 

Why does West End Ave get to build tall but nearby Edgehill & Wedgewood Houston get arbitrarily stunted height? And why do Edgehill Towers, Trevecca Towers, & Vine Hill Towers not count as precedent for adding to building height? Or better, why does the SoBro storage building get to be taller than residential buildings?

I can’t ever remember what has its own thread now and what’s doesn’t, but the project at 910 8th Ave S has pulled demo permits for the buildings. They were were pulled last week, so those buildings should already be coming down.
