A mixed-use project of unknown heigh/size is being planned for 1117-1119 3rd Ave. South by former Titans player Marc Mariani. He has paid $1.47 million for the two parcels over the past several months.  These parcels are immediately to the south of the slowly-constructing 3rd & Mildred Shute mixed-use project.

Would that neighborhood be considered WeHo?  And if not, what is it?  It has always seemed to me like it has the potential to be the next Germantown, which is to say, an older more traditionally urban neighborhood that can offer a mixture of the old and new.

It is considered part of Chestnut Hill neighborhood. WeHo (Wedgewood/Houston) is just SW of there.

Chestnut Hill. 4th Ave is usually thought of as the divider line.
