WeHo Nashville (6 stories, 150 units, internal garage) update: all trees removed, excavation underway.

Looking SW from Wedgewood Ave, just east of Stewart Place:

Looked for this on Smeagolsfree's excellent development map and didn't see it. Could it be "The Wedgewood" (not listed as u/c) near Stewart Place?

Would that neighborhood be considered WeHo?  And if not, what is it?  It has always seemed to me like it has the potential to be the next Germantown, which is to say, an older more traditionally urban neighborhood that can offer a mixture of the old and new.

It is considered part of Chestnut Hill neighborhood. WeHo (Wedgewood/Houston) is just SW of there.

Chestnut Hill. 4th Ave is usually thought of as the divider line.
