It is unclear if any of the current structure will be incorporated in the design.  Fulmer Lucas Engineering is involved in the project. No renderings yet.

How does this make any sense at all? Paying ten million to put up a small building?

I'll be interested in seeing the footprint of this building because 1-acre has a lot of possibilites at only 2-stories. That being said, the height is very appropriate for even the new construction in the neighborhood. I could see it being a "tall" two stories. 

True, it’s just tough seeing this being a great ROI
