He’s definitely been very effective on the legislative side, just wish he would take a more pragmatic tone when discussing development. “Kick rocks” is certainly counter-productive if the goal is to sit down and negotiate with someone. I feel as though Freddie O’Connell strikes a nice balance with these sorts of things.

I think it's ok to not take twitter so serious and it is a good thing for a CM to publicly show support for their constituents. Freddie does a great job as well. Hope to see them both continue on in city leadership after their terms.

Here is the related story for this one.  Rezoning to be sought for apartment project | Development | nashvillepost.com and the first story that was done in 2019. Residential project eyed for West End Park | | nashvillepost.com

There is still work to be done on this one as it has been almost three years since it was announced, but at least it is moving forward, slowly.

This one looks cookie cutter to me, and it's too bad that about 7-8 beautiful, original residential buildings will be demolished for this one. Also among the most attractive group  of houses converted to Music Row business use, they still have the front stone retaining walls.  Unfortunately, it's not possible to  pluck the ugliest MR buildings for replacement first, like the Curb Records group of buildings at 16th & Grand.
