No. WW has already reached out to Jimmy Granberry and there is no comment. Other than this is to keep folks out because the building is unstable, I think. I am sure it will come down and when a building in this city goes vacant, the first thing you have to do is keep the homeless out for insurance reasons. This has to be the case here because the building adjoins others and the last thing you want is for someone to get in there and start a fire.

Hearts Cafe will open its 2nd Nashville location in the former Fork's Drum Closet building (1 story, 1,924 sq. ft.) at 2701 12th Ave. South. A permit for $250,000 has been granted for the changes to the structure by contractor MTLC Inc.  Hearts has an Australian styled menu.

The .46 acre surface lot at 914 3rd Ave. South (which also borders on Lafayette St.) has sold for $4.5 million by Mainland Companies to Madison Capital Group, primarily an apartment developer out of Charlotte. Before sale, the site had been marketed for a self-storage facility. Madison Capital also has developed some storage projects.

The site was marketed for self storage (probably because there is already multiple in the area), but that doesn't mean the an apartment developer will do storage.
