They paid $5 million for the site last October. Catalyst Design Group is in charge of engineering/land planning. A 1 story non-historic industrial building will be razed. No rendering yet. Part of the delayed and dead project announcements you are seeing is an effort to Number one- clean up the development map, & number 2- just to give notice about some of these projects that are 2 years old or older. They tend to stack up, get announced, and then we never hear of them again. No one is doing follow up stories until now.
