301 15th Ave. North will be a 7 story mixed-use project featuring 179 apts., 3 ground level retail spaces, and an internal garage on .9 acre by Q&A Holdings GP (led by Ashley Quinn and Nick Adler). They paid $5 million for the site last October.  Catalyst Design Group is in charge of engineering/land planning.  A 1 story non-historic industrial building will be razed. No rendering yet.

I have a feeling we are going to see numerous announced projects abandoned or delayed.

A lot of these projects are never serious to begin with. They are hoping a real developer comes in and buys the land at an attractive price.

I like Buildings 1 and 3 (as long is there is that art mural/cladding part of the garage,  but Building 2 looks perhaps a bit cheaper?
