Thanks for posting rendering PHofKS. Where did you find the image?

I get the e-mail subscription version of the Tennessean. It was in that. Its not high resolution but I couldn't track down anything better.

And no, its not a screen cap of some knucklehead's posting of his client's proprietary information.

I figured it was theTennesseean, but sometimes stuff is very hard to find on there. I knew it was not the later.

Edgehill Village commercial space was sold for $9.2 million. I had heard this was coming from some tenants. There are rumors that a parking structure may be built on the gravel lot up from Edgehill Cafe, but that may be wishful thinking on the tenants' part.

I'm a little disappointed to see that Tony's building at 21st and Elliston is going stick frame after the first floor. I wasn't aware of the plans, but just assumed it would be all concrete after seeing the first floor rise. But it appears that it's all stick frame after that. Oh well.

Is there going to be commercial space in this building?  I had thought it was all residential, but the north end of the ground floor has a super high ceiling.

Hey guys - first time posting but I've been following along for awhile now.

I frequent Bricktops across the street quite often, and the bartenders have been hearing that it's going to be a mattress store. If that's true, that's going to be a terrible waste of space. One of them said that the kitchen had been taken out, so they didn't think it would be a restaurant.

Welcome aboard. Thanks for the info. It really sucks if it is a mattress store. On a related note, the Electronic express is closed there in front of the Macydees.

Come out to one of the meets and introduce yourself. Always glad to have new posters.

I saw them clearing everything out - quite unfortunate if true. Welcome aboard.
