Are we talking about that tiny sliver of land that you drive up into if you're going to eat at Merchants?

So I'm guessing they'll have height similar to merchants on the Broadway side...but could probably build a bit taller in the the portion behind Merchants...right?  Kinda like the Moxie Hotel?
