Two permits with a collective value of more than $1 million have been issued to allow for the build-out the 1 & 2 story, 20,100 sq. ft.  warehouse at 11 Willow St. in the Railroad District for eventual space for both Deavor and Gear Seven Creative.

Powell Architecture and Building Studio is handling the design and build-out, according to the permits.

According to the Tennessean the Envision Cayce project is further delayed and MDHA is in financial distress.

So My take is that you will not see anything done with Sudekum or Edgehill for a long time.

Aerial Development Group is now willing to sell part, or all, or possibly partner with someone on the nearly 6 acre industrial site they won at 905 Cherokee Ave. (just east of Ellington Parkway) for a mixed-use development.  No price has been made public. 20 month ago they envisioned a project that might include 150 residential units in a 3/4 story building, 16 townhomes, and 23,700 sq. ft. of office/commercial space in two existing structures.
