This announcement is exciting and opens up a few possible uses for MDHA, none of which has been decided yet. The most recent Envision Cayce Town Hall presentation includes most things that are under construction or nearly complete (Boscobel I or Mosely on 6th is in move-in stage right now) after the Kirkpatrick Park apartments and Explore School were opened http://www.nashville-mdha.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Envision-Cayce-CAG-Resident-Townhall-16-Jan-2020-FINAL-Presentation-1-13-20.pdf.  The library funding is not yet confirmed but we are working on that.  Overall, once all of these projects join Kirkpatrick Park in being fully occupied we will be about one quarter of the way done with the Envision Cayce Master Plan implementation.

Ha, it's been like that for several years now.  I like to imagine a time when that Madison Square Inn was the premiere overnight lodging in Madison.  Also, there is another vacant lot that just a block south on the other side of the street which used to house the a 'BEST JERK CHICKEN IN THE WORLD" joint that was demolished a few years ago.  It too sits empty and unchanging.  It's wild to me how some parts of town can't sit still and others are stuck in a time warp.
