I think this is the motel that Stone Cold Steve Austin (or maybe another from that era) says he lived at while he was working his way up the wrastlin' ranks.

 

Good luck with that intersection.  Always a hot bed of not very friendly activity.

A bit more info on the 72 home development at Elvira & Keeling that has slowly been rolling-out over the past several years. PLR Properties is the developer; Dewey Engineering is in charge of planning.
