As of right now, I do not believe anything is planned. It is the same ownership as all the parcels going back to Maxey Lane, so it may live as temporary parking for Village Pub/Mitchell Deli/Lou until something else comes along.

The Donelson Branch of the Nashville Public Library (2 stories) will hopefully break ground this summer after a May 26th Metro Planning Commission OK on the final site plans by Hastings Architecture.

They've shown a possible parking lot connection, but no, there is no intention to connect this development directly to Trinity Lane. And good riddance IMHO, that cluster just east of Ellington is chaotic enough lol.

Some of the drawings for the Wood Partners development show a permeable paver surface that appears to potentially connect to this development, but could potentially be just for emergency vehicles.

Has anyone seen any additional information around Lincoln Tech? If I recall correctly, the sale moved from Q1 to Q2 but haven't heard anything in regards to what will be done with the property.

730 Main St. will be the site of a 5 story mixed-use project with 57 residential units and some ground level retail. Richland Building Partners will be the developer.  Smith Gee Studio is the architect.  Chris Barnhizer of Richland  purchased the land for $4 million last December. A 1 story, non-historical structure home to Metro Mobile Phone is currently on the site. No renderings available yet.

Timberhawk Hall (formerly Music City Roots Barn) at 514 Madison Station Blvd. will open in early 2023, and will now have a capacity of up to 1,000 (previously listed at 800) in the 12,000 sq. ft. main hall.

Nashville’s Centric Architecture is responsible for designs, making sure the main concert hall, over 12,000 square feet, reflects the stonework seen in many of Madison’s buildings. Art throughout the space will pay homage to Madison’s rail-hub past.

Other details include reclaimed 100-year-old timbers, installations produced by local artisans and colored-glass windows from a German glass and mosaic studio.

Ahead of taking the stage, performers have access to a beer garden and multistory, 3,000-square-foot green room.

The outdoor beer garden and pavilion entertainment space is around 4,000 square feet.

The Columns and 2nd floor plate were all pre-cast parts that were delivered to site what feels like a month ago. I would expect they are going to finish the CMU core and then the rest of the building is to be wood framed.

According to the permit, it will be 11 total residential units. Eight 2-bedrooms and three1-bedrooms.
