Pretty easy to follow the ownership path with this.  Parcel Viewer shows a mailing address for the house to be a property on Main St and that leads to a property on the wiLliamson side of brentwood.

So much for outsider REinvestors being good neighbors and working together.

It appears construction has stopped on this. I haven’t seen workers in over a month.

Dickerson Flats (3 stories? 200 units?) update: the one time recording studio where many huge hits were made (including some of James Brown's biggest) has been razed to make way for the complex.  Sure. wish something could've been done to preserve it, but it had deteriorated badly over the past few decades while being boarded-up. Some folks offered to buy it, but the owners refused for whatever reason.

Looking east from Dickerson Pike, 1/2 block south of Due West Ave:

I remember seeing an early submission awhile back about this one and getting it on the map. Surprised it finally came back around.

It finally sold after all these years.  I always heard Gaylord and others begged them to sell.
