I will be holding a community meeting about the 800 Main Street project on Wednesday, May 31st at 6:00 p.m. at East Park Community Center. This project lies along the boundary between Districts 5 and 6 and it aligns with some multimodal transportation projects that Council Member Sean Parker and I have been working on, so we are holding this meeting jointly. We encourage anyone who is interested to attend. Right now this item  is scheduled for the June 8th Metro Planning Commission meeting agenda.

1401 Gallatin (4 stories, 292 units) will break ground this summer on 7.3 acres. Greystar Real Estate Partners is the developer.  It is adjacent to their Birchway Rivergate development which  is u.c. that will feature  384 units at 110 One Mile Parkway.
