Two new (ish) items on metro’s development map:

2208 Eastland Avenue - final site plan approval for an SP dating back to 2014. I believe March Egerton is associated with Upside, LLC who is listed on the application. http://maps.nashville.gov/MPC/2014SP-085-002_plan.pdf

0 E Trinity Lane - final site plan approval that will include 75 townhomes and up to 88 Multifamily units: http://maps.nashville.gov/MPC/2017SP-035-002_plan.pdf

Meridian Park (multiple 2 story structures with 158 units) on 8.4 acres at 1801 Meridian St.  The site used to be a trailer park. Verta Development and Rochford Realty & Construction are partnering.  A mid-2021 completion is planned.

Ellington Crossings Townhomes (in front of Nossi College of Art in Madison) topped out and in final stages of construction. Land cleared for Creative Way Village apartments on the other side of Creative Way (no picture). Also, across Ellington Parkway, construction has started on residential complex The Briar. Adjacent land has also been cleared but I’m not sure if it’s for a second phase of The Briar or for another development.

"Nice!" ... look out your window and take in that wonderful view of a giant, tangled mass of wires. There's no excuse for that a mere mile from the city center, NES, Metro, et.al.! So which poles are which?  I'm guessing the wooden poles are NES, tacky basturds. I've got to compare to our EPB, which (among other utilities) laid u/g fiber optics across Hamilton County in 5-7 years.

The Basement East, gone.  Boomboz severely damaged.  11th ave looked to be severally damaged.  one death happened in the alleyway near attaboy.  news said a church steeple fell on Holly.  Atleast one of the huge power line things on Riverside is down.  5/3 building without power.  9 confirmed deaths.  vibes to everyone.  : (
