Southeast Venture is going to build a small 1 story, 15.000 sq. ft.  office structure as their new HQ in the Armory Oaks office park, south of 100 Oaks Mall.  The address will be 4011 Armory Oaks Dr.

No, we have tried to talk to Brittany about this and she is sort of mum right now. The project she wants to do up on Trinity is delayed too.

I am not really sure what is up with Aerial right now.

I have had a couple very minor interactions with Aerial, but aren't they more single-family, two-family developer? Their North Lights project (this the trinity project you are talking about?) seems very ambitious. Combine that with this project it is very aggressive and seems way out of their typical wheelhouse.

Is that the same Aerial that had an event space on Broadway, I seem to remember a woman named Brittany running that outfit? I played a couple events there when it was still going.

@e-dub, the Aerial on Broadway was an early Strategic Hospitality venture that has since been replaced by other more lucrative opportunities. No relation that I'm aware of.
