Wow nice update!

Indeed.     Props to them for adding the curb and sidewalk, where previously the street and parking were merged.

I haven't been over there since this happened.    Did Metro add sidewalks to the whole street, or is this one of those sidewalks to nowhere, where it stops at the property line?

Nothing says Nashville like telephone poles right in the freakin middle of the sidewalk.

Assuming you’re lucky enough to have a sidewalk.

If you notice the one in the middle picture, it's also right smack on the left side of the entrance. I have to think that thing is going to constantly get run into.

Technically that's in Chestnut Hill since it's on the east side of the tracks.

Also that place is HUGE, I drove up there the other day, there is so much space up there and those buildings are gigantic also. It's going to be a nice venue up there.

One additional thing I noticed is that they have done significant brush clearing and trash clean up on the sloping hill for the property located along the 2nd Avenue side.  This stretch of 2nd  Ave is right after you come under the railroad bridge when heading North towards downtown and had always been a unsightly mess of overgrown brush and lots of trash.  Now there is a clear view of the building at the top of the hill, a really nice improvement.

Thanks for update. Do you or anyone have a recent photo?

Sidewalks to nowhere. With the edition of poles blocking at both ends!

Also didn’t realize it was this deep.

Waiting for someone to take out the pole here as it is in the path of the curb cut. Come on NES and Metro, get your blooming act together.
