HCA Healthcare has paid $3 million for a plot of land at Century Farms near Exit 60 off of I-24 to build a $14 million, 11 bed emergency hospital. It should be complete by summer of 2021.

Wow!  That's really close to Stonecrest Medical Center AND Southern Hills.   HCA blanketing the area with hospitals and emergency centers.

The Gilmore will be the name of M Cubed's 4 story mixed-use project at 2510 12th Ave. South featuring 99 condos, 3 retail slots (5,000 total sq. ft. at street level), and 116 underground parking spots.  Nick Dryden of DAAD and Mark Humhreys of Humphreys & Partners are the joint architects. Wilson Bank & Trust has supplied the $20.2 million construction loan.Work should get underway in early 2021.

Crazy this is under construction and we haven't seen any renderings for a 300+ project except for the plan view schematic.

@smeagolsfree @markhollin any word on 625 or 700 Hamilton? If those two projects get underway with Swayze and Fusion WeHo, there will be close to 700 resi units in this one block.

Thats interesting Lee, I do know the renderings for 700 will probably change because of usage but I think the 715 rendering will be close as there will be news on that one soon.

I think it is sort of interesting, intriguing, and exciting that various architects will be working on projects together. It also takes one firm out of their box and creates something very different and new. 

Lots of projects in that littlenode for sure.
