HCA Healthcare has paid $3 million for a plot of land at Century Farms near Exit 60 off of I-24 to build a $14 million, 11 bed emergency hospital. It should be complete by summer of 2021.

Wow!  That's really close to Stonecrest Medical Center AND Southern Hills.   HCA blanketing the area with hospitals and emergency centers.

HCA was refused the new hospital on the north side of Murfreesboro, off I-840. Looks like they'd still like a slice of that market. As an emergency hospital, I think they're under the CON requirements for approval.

Elm Hill Flats (3 stories, 71 units) update: Complete and soon to open.

The Gilmore will be the name of M Cubed's 4 story mixed-use project at 2510 12th Ave. South featuring 99 condos, 3 retail slots (5,000 total sq. ft. at street level), and 116 underground parking spots.  Nick Dryden of DAAD and Mark Humhreys of Humphreys & Partners are the joint architects. Wilson Bank & Trust has supplied the $20.2 million construction loan.Work should get underway in early 2021.

Pretty nice looking, but wish they would curve all of that front corner. That boxed end looks like an afterthought. Plus, Nashville doesn't have enough curves.

TDK's Century Farm mixed-use (4 stories, 212 residential units, 25 office suites) at 4100 Turner Parkway has landed 11 permits worth $34.5 million.

Crazy this is under construction and we haven't seen any renderings for a 300+ project except for the plan view schematic.

@smeagolsfree @markhollin any word on 625 or 700 Hamilton? If those two projects get underway with Swayze and Fusion WeHo, there will be close to 700 resi units in this one block.

It seems as if the architect has changed from Zeitlin to EOA for Swayze WeHo as well. EOA is on the documents now.

Don't recall hearing about it.  Is that really the name? Hmmmm...  

Nobody puts WeHo in a corner either. Is that a name that's so odd it could acquire a unique, even endearing flavor over the years?

They're huge. And new construction cam to boot.  Are these both ready to start?

I found out that these renderings are "supposedly" old renderings, but I doubt they will change a lot.

They should not even have them on the website ifthey are old.

Thats interesting Lee, I do know the renderings for 700 will probably change because of usage but I think the 715 rendering will be close as there will be news on that one soon.

I think it is sort of interesting, intriguing, and exciting that various architects will be working on projects together. It also takes one firm out of their box and creates something very different and new. 

Lots of projects in that littlenode for sure.
