Novel Edgehill (5 stories, 270 residential units on 2.7 acres at 801 12th Ave. South) has landed a $51.4 million loan from Citizens Bank for construction to start within the next few weeks.  Completion date is scheduled for late 2021.

This development will do a lot to connect The Gulch with the various Edgehill buildings.  Many visitors stay in STRs in the Edgehill area and walk into The Gulch.  Having long-term renters in this building will make the area just over the I-40 bridge seem like it's vibrant.

The whole 12S corridor is going to be something special with all of the new development that’s popped up.

A temporary ban on apartment development in Antioch is being considered by Metro Council in Districts 28, 29, and 32. 

The bill highlights the tensions surrounding public officials' ability to balance growth with investing in infrastructure and services.

New York-based Somera Road paid $854,000 to expand its Wedgewood-Houston development, named WeHo Crossing. The project entails 60,000 square feet of office space and 12,500 square feet of retail/restaurant space.
