With a roughly $45 million price tag, Vintage Century Farms is rising within the 4000 block of Cane Ridge Parkway in the development west of Interstate 24 from which its name derives.

That’s a lot of surface parking... I imagine no retail will be associated, unfortunately.

And if you insist on a giant surface parking lot, how hard is it really to just put the parking lot behind the building?  All you're doing is swapping the positions... it effectively changes nothing for drivers, but for pedestrians it would make a world of difference to have the building at the street... just such lazy design, in my opinion.

It appears the parking IS at the rear of the property.

Building A fronts Nolensville Rd. directly. The parking is in the back

Water tower at the Outpost/Nashville Warehouse Co site (4th and chestnut) has been taken down. The tower is going to be relocated to the opposite side of the property per project renderings.

Thanks for the update, Jasmin...and welcome to the forum!  : )
