Embers Ski Lodge at 2410 12th AVe. South (the NE corner of 12th Ave. South and Caruthers Ave.) will build a 2 story addition with a 790 sq. ft. base that will feature a gift shop at ground level and a patio on 2nd.

They got permission to build it years ago, but never moved forward. I attended a community meeting that they sponsored. It went badly at the time. My neighbors hated it. Times have changed.

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers is halting work on their outdoor mall at Century Farms for the rest of the year as they try to improve cash flow issues brought on by Covid-19. They had planned on $25 million investment on the project this year.

Back to Cuba is going to be a huge loss. So will Radnor.

Surely not, that place is relatively new and if I remember correctly they bought an old abandoned church, so they own. 

Also I would think whatever they build there, they would want more amenities around than not.
