They got permission to build it years ago, but never moved forward. I attended a community meeting that they sponsored. It went badly at the time. My neighbors hated it. Times have changed.

It does look like everything is a bit thick, all the vertical columns look out of proportion.

The Jim Reed Family is offering a prime 5.6 acre site on Bell Road near the Hickory Hollow Mall for $3.5 million.

An expanded Mapco store at 4671 Trousdale will displace several local popular retailers (Radnor Wine & Spirits,  Back to Cuba, etc.) at the1.5 acre strip center.

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers is halting work on their outdoor mall at Century Farms for the rest of the year as they try to improve cash flow issues brought on by Covid-19. They had planned on $25 million investment on the project this year.

Back to Cuba is going to be a huge loss. So will Radnor.

AJ Capital is buying an additional 1.7 acres at 448 Humphreys St. in WeHo to tie-in with .46 acre they already own, now forming a U-shaped lot that will surround the Flamingo Cocktail Club and Falcon Coffee Bar. It is also across Houston St. from the May Hosiery, the massive rehab project they are doing. No word on the price being paid, or what their plans are for the site.

Six to eight would be the max I would think. Probably in the neighborhood of six though.

I believe they also have the Merritt Mansion under contract on Humphreys St.

Surely not, that place is relatively new and if I remember correctly they bought an old abandoned church, so they own. 

Also I would think whatever they build there, they would want more amenities around than not.
