So all the crime is cool with you? That's why I left New York. Big city living is terrible. You never feel safe and that's how it's starting to feel here in Nashville.

So hard to tell when you're "joking" and when you're serious.  But if you truly have no interest in urban development, and are opposed to it because you think it 'causes crime'  (which it obviously doesn't) then I have to wonder why you even participate in this message board in the first place.  That is not to say that I mind that you're here at all, I'm just saying it seems like an odd usage of your own time if that is indeed the case.  More to the point of @donNdonelson2 if you're so afraid of other people then, serious question, why wouldn't you just move to some rural town somewhere?  Nashville was already a fairly big city when you moved here.

All I can find out is that this is 362 units and the company is 2nd Wave development and is affiliated with Blue Sky Properties out of Tampa.

This sort of flew under the radar as the permits were issued one at a time under different addresses and the land was already zoned for apartments.
